Is White the only true "Green" colour?

           

Many interior paint products claim to be environmentally friendly or “green”. This generally means that they enhance the air quality of room by not emitting quantities of toxic substances called VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) during and after painting.

This is perfectly true of low VOC white paint, however, as soon as tinters are added to achieve different shades then the VOC levels can increase dramatically.

The Taubmans EcoProof  system with VOC free Ecotint tinters is the exception . You can achieve any colour you want without adding VOC’s to the paint and jeopardising the air quality in your room during and after painting.
