The Asthma Society nearest you can make your life easier with one-to-one education, advice, and support. This can make all the difference and their services are either free or available for a small charge. 

They can help you with information and resources to help you manage your health.  Asthma Societies often provide specialist services such as spirometry (lung function testing) and COPD support groups. Their friendly staff focus on respiratory matters soley, so they have excellent specialised knowledge and experience.
